Just want to thank all of you @ the RTR for a great introduction to the LIFE. We were impressed with the creativity of many of the campers and the genuine warmth of everyone we met. Visiting around the campfire was a great time. To all of you thanks and God Bless and hope to see ya`ll next year.

can we get some more details? what'd you do, discuss, participate in?

The Potato Bake!!! We checked out a lot of travelers homes and we didn`t actually participate in a lot of things (as we aren`t really front row people) and are more comfortable in the background. I feel guilty about not introducing ourselves to Bob but knowing how busy he is we decided to wait until next time. What we took away from there is the fact that we can have everything we need without having everything we want. My wife who is in Arkansas, in anticipation of our move has moved us into our 1 bedroom basement and is boxing up a bunch of crap to sell as I write this in my 5th wheel in North Dakota where we had -15 deg. this morning and 1/4" of ice on the window frames and inside corners. Life is good, take care.

Lol cool, moving into the basement and getting rid of everything that don't fit sound like a perfect way to get acclimated, if a bit comical.

well howdy towboater.

well howdy towboater.well howdy towboater. I was a bit amused as the group def had it's clique's going on certain would hang with certain and not feeling left out mind you did really enjoy meeting a lot of creative supportive people. The Quartzsite I remember is no more and I must accept this as a wagoneer will roll the wagons or wag my ears. I enjoyed it and thank you.
