It would depend on the bank or type of bank really, also what part of the country etc.<br><br>In the&nbsp;<a href="http://www.permies.com/forums/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">permies.com/forums/</a>&nbsp;forum there is a group actually two groups of people in BC trying to setup their own permaculture setups as groups. You could go and check out the Great White North section of the Forum to see what they have been up against.

Form a closely held corporation. That corporation will then be treated by the bank as one entity. Remember "Corporations are people." For reasons of business transactions, that is true.
