There's a telescoping Citroën HY van for sale by Hemmings. Former ambulance, former food truck. The rear half can be left behind.

Wow oh wow. I wonder how it handles on the highway? I assume the 3rd axle at the rear is free-wheeling. Will it grind on the corners?

It's front wheel drive, so all the rears are free-wheeling. The stock rear suspension is independent, so I imagine the pod's is the same. I don't know whether there's any scrubbing, but I'm guessing it's no worse than a twin axle trailer.

Be careful what you wish for! That would be a major headache of a van build to accomplish. You are so much better off with a simple life ;)

Gives new meaning to the word FUGLY ! I can't imagine the middle, or rear sections could handle much weight, or bulky items, fun to look at, not so much to live with.

Man, that's an incredible outside and inside looking rig. I'm falling in love with it. I wish I could afford it as well.

Wow that is Nice -
Citron makes some advanced stuff
