I agree, it's like people writing "I'm in Orange County and I need xyz" 
Orange County? 
My mind jumps immediately to Orange County NY but there are numerous Orange County's spread across the 50 States. OP most often means California but.......

I didn't know what CW meant either and it didn't occur to me to click the link just to see what site it would go to. Maybe I'm just too used to links going to scary faces, screams, or Rick Roll videos
