Hurricanes Harvey and Irma are what changed my way of thinking about how I wanted to live. I was all set to head down to Galveston and Padre Islands to search out a place to retire to when it hit. So I diverted to Plan B and headed to Sarasota County. Same challenges. Long story short, I happened upon CRVL and had a eureka moment that set me on course for mobile living.  It is so freeing to know that, with a bit of planning and forewarning, I can move out of harm's way. And there's no more anxiety about paying thru the nose for all the expenses involved with home ownership.
