Hey guys and gals!<br><br>I've been reading up on, and considering, camper van conversions for quite some time. &nbsp;It has long struck me as a very interesting idea, but I have a wife and two kids so the idea of four of us living in a van wasn't very practical. &nbsp;More to the point, my suggesting such a thing might have meant I no longer had a wife and two kids. LOL<br><br>Anyway, I accepted a new job that is 3 hours from home this week. &nbsp;Our boys start school in like 9 days, and the wife doesn't want to have them change schools during the school year. &nbsp;This means that I was looking at 6 hours on the road every day (talk about gas!) or staying in a hotel through the week and coming home to stay with the family on the weekends.<br><br>Based on these scenarios, I was able to talk my wife into letting me live out my cheap camper van dream. &nbsp;I have been given the go ahead to buy a van and turn it into a home for me to stay in while I work out of town. &nbsp;I'm totally stoked, and looking for a used van has never been so much fun!
