I have a sienna van which has low ground clearance. Uhaul installed a hitch. It is too low so I want to use a hitch riser and mount my spare tire on the outside. I would also like to be able to mount one bicycle.  I've looked at the swingaway types so I can access my hatch door, but they are more than I want to spend. Any advice about the second best product to mount both the spare tire and the bicycle?

So the spare now mounts underneath at the rear and the hitch doesn't allow access to it?

PS: You would get better info from an online forum dedicated to your brand and model.

There will be people who are much more familiar with your Sienna.

There is probably someone out there who has done just what you are wanting to do.

My spare is actually inside my van behind the passenger seat in the floor.  I want to move the spare to the outside of the van.

If you're tall and strong, the roof is a great place to put it. I have a Sienna but it's a first gen and the tire is underneath the rear, outside, and works with my hitch. I also have an old Jeep Cherokee and keep my spare in a roof rack. It's a pain, but you don't need it very often, so it works.
