Bob's book is a great starting point for sure.  I had my public library buy a copy and it is getting a lot of circulation they tell me each time I'm there.   I've got a lot of Homeless Veterans on to it now and they are
amazed that people can live this lifestyle so easily. 

So when you find you a Van,  check out my sites below to see how I started.   Just week ends and extended
trips to begin with but that were my "shake down" trips to lean what I was doing.  

It's a lot easier today.
