Hello People and Furry companions,  woof!  meow!

I've pretty much put the most pertinent things about me in my Profile Bio.
I have arrived here because I'll be 57 soon enough, and looking at retiring on Social Security in about 5 to 6 years, maybe 7 at the most.

I don't want to wait to retire any longer than I have to so I'll just be taking the lower amount of social security so that I can start sooner.
I have some health issues that don't bother me for now, and that's another reason I don't want to wait much longer after I'm 62.

I've been thinking about actually getting back into van living BEFORE I start collecting social security,
and still work a job that I have to still clock in and clock out to.  I have a lot of loose ends to take care of before I can do that.

I may have to wait until social security time just to be able to pull myself away enough, but if I can do it sooner, I certainly will.

I have to admit though, because I've lived over-seas before, the thought of retiring to a "cheaper live in" country ...
does cross my mind from time to time, but that's actually plan B, plan A = van living.

I follow a few van-living folks in YouTube land, Bob Wells  included (of course, he was the first one I think I ever watched)

I figured it was time for me to step up my game and start communicating with you all before I actually get back into van-living again.

You say "again"   yeah, I lived with my parents when I was 17 years old to 20 years old in a Box Van (and I had a tent if I wanted my "own space")
That was one of the most FUN times of my LIFE EVER!
(Going overseas in the Navy was mostly fun, the travel to other countries, so that too)

I've had itchy feet forever... ugh .... these feet need to be scratched!   ha-ha!  :D

Well, that's it for now, just wanted to say a few things for my little intro here.

Happy Trails!
