Hello Everybody

We bought a van a few days ago. Wished for something newer but couldn't pass on a "basic" '96 Ram 2500 camper with a high top in very good condition. Still have another year to work, but looking forward to a whole lot of time to be spent in the wild. 
I've learned a thing or two on this board and want to thank everyone for posting their experiences on this lifestyle and hope to see some of you soon.

Welcome, Trike,
I have a 97 3500 Dodge van and it has served me well. I got to use it fulltime for more than six months before a situation took me off the road. I've had a mechanic go over everything in anticipation of hitting the road again in a few weeks. It has over 170,000 miles on it but is purring.
