welcome to the forum. Like blackjack, I am a builder, AND I have my own house on the market, so I sure hope it turns around. Or, at least people go back to investing in thier own property and continue to maintain and upkeep. Anyway, glad you found us!

Like Les, I plan to put my house on the market. If I can convince DW. The Mortgage, insurance, and tax money would buy a lot of gasoline lol. Don't see the market changing much, though it would be nice..
