Kind of a pipe dream of mine to take my backhoe, and my camper, and head North. Get myself a trommel with sluice runs, and run some dirt.

A neighbor of mine out here in La Posa South was in and out of rtr a couple of times but didn’t stay. A few days later he found gold while cleaning his floor mats. Picked it up out there on his shoes evidently.

Got word this morning that they are cold but having a lot of fun.  I imagine they didn't hit the big gold vein yet since they didn't disappear to some Caribbean island with new identities.

we are all ok. we were just south of Lake Mead, the weather kicked our butts, or should I say my butt because I was outdoors. cold and windy with intermittent rain, did I say windy, I mean windy. blew so hard one night it tore our camp to pieces, but we are all ok.

when I say we, I mean me, Tim, Clint and Darlene, and of course the newfie Alex.

oh yeah we all found gold.

oh, newfie means someone from Newfoundland, not a newbie.

did I mention it was cold and windy.

Nick was showing up everywhere. on morning he was in a Joshua tree the next morning he was in a coyote hole. hahahaha

no wild bologna's but someone was having a hard time telling the difference between a cow and a bull. hahahaha
