Good Vet in NM

[Dream True]

I finally got on the road full time last Tuesday. However a few weeks before, my dog started having paw problems, one of his toes became red and swollen. At first the vet thought a small puncture wound had become infected but when antibiotics didn't resolve the issue he knew something else was up. Took some x-rays and found a bone spur. My house had been rented so I needed to be out by the 1st. Both the vet and I agreed surgery and moving into a small trailer on the same day would be too stressful for Ziggy. Now I'm at Santa Rosa State Park about 6 hours from home.(Denver) 
Does anyone know of a good vet in Albuquerque? Has anyone had success finding good vets using Yelp and Google Reviews?
