As the owner of a small rig, I am interested in compact-sized tools. Can anyone recommend a good collapsible charcoal chimney for igniting charcoal briquettes?

I've got a Campmaid Charcoal Chimney. I'm a big fan of it.

I take an empty tin can. cut the bottom and top out of it. Use one of the can openers with a triangular tip to put a seriies of holes in the can  for the air flow.  Cost is free if you eat the original contents of the can. You can find it in any grocery store in a variety of sizes to fit however many briquettes you want it to hold.

Van for now when you find one of those let me know I’ve looked at them online but not purchased yet. Are used to have a regular one for years but gave it to a pretty woman in need. Ahh ain’t I special. I like the idea of taking up less space. I’ll let you go to the expense of buying and testing and then I’ll follow.
