I have a 1993 Six-Pac slide-in hard side and soon after bought a Blue ox coiled 7 pin (truck side) 6 pin on camper. When looking at the wiring diagram truck tail lights and trailer brakes are wired neither one I use since I can shut my tailgate and use the truck lights and have no need for a brake wire because I use the truck brakes either I get a 7 pin on the camper or rearrange the wiring, just a bit lost here as I have no running lights or being able to charge the batteries on the run, I may as well unplug the darn thing because it supplies nothing I need.

Wagoneer, in a situation like that I usually just make up my own pig tail adapter. You can buy both of the ends you need at most auto parts stores, and them some wire. Most 7 pin plugs are the same, so that pattern is available via Google. The 6 pin on the camper may be a little different so you may need to pull the plug apart and see which color wire goes to which pin, and pull a light apart to see what color wire is the lights. The battery hot wire should be visible at the battery, And the ground is almost always white - though it's not a bad idea to check it also, as who knows what the previous owner did.
