Very cool van. What's first on the list of things to do?

Still gotta find the time to take the lift out. I gotta bring her to work where I have a forklift. After that, finish gutting the interior and limo tint all the back windows. Perhaps paint her. I run a tractor trailer repair shop. We have a 48ft paint booth. A fresh coat of white will make her shine. I still need to make up my mind about interior layout.

I've been looking at similar vans here in NC.  Found one full of mold and didn't buy it.  I sort of want the school bus door for the passenger side and no passenger seat.

PLEASE take some notes on removing the chair lift.  Most of the ones I've seen have them and I will want it gone.

oh, and cool story bro.

(I'm originally from MD and have spent some time in Hagerstwon)

I've got a llittle bit of mold to deal with but nothing major. I'll make sure I take pics of the lift removal.
