Not that I have one but my husband is a disabled vet and we get free camping in Oregon State Parks and we are not even Oregon residents  I can't post a link but if you go to Oregon State Park Passes you will see it.  Nothing better than free. 
Does anyone know of other states that offer this?

I found this website with google search. Listed by state. A lot but not all require state residency.
