I'm currently stationary, and I spend about $220 a month ($55 a week) to feed two people (I track my spending, so that's based on an average over a long period). That's food only, no cleaners, paper products, or water. I could probably feed us well on $40 a week, but that would depend on good refrigeration, storage space for food, and cooking with grid power. On the road, I'd either have to eliminate some produce and meat or go with less healthy alternatives to keep us down to $50 a week.
I'd say that feeding one person could easily vary between $20 and $60 a week. A lot depends on food choices and where you buy your groceries. Prices can be much higher in some areas than others, and organic or out of season fresh produce are going to be high. I think I could feed myself well on the road for about $30 to $35 a week if I have some bulk storage for staples and at least a small freezer.
