on the Colorado River I know if you don't set foot on the bank in California then their rules don't apply you can go by the Arizona rules. but be careful you might need a tribal license on top of your state license. it's a good idea to get a tribal license if you are anywhere near their land, as it gets very confusing on the waters edge and it's easy to cross back and forth. highdesertranger
