WOW folks.. whatta hassle! Looks like there's some conflict between the forum and POS Hotmail. I tried 'n tried, scrubbed til my fingers bled, and still those grea.. hmmm, wrong one there; gotta finish my coffee 'n wake up. Well, anyway, thanks to the mysterious Biscuit101 I'm finally, ready to hand out little steaming brown nuggets of wisdom(?).

Hey, BTW, is it possible to put words in italics/bold/underlined here, like in the old forum, cuz my creativity is feeling kinda stifled here and, like, it's really messing up my karma.. y'know? ..Willy.

Good question about the italics and stuff. I will add it to my trouble shooting list to address once we get everybody safely moved!

Willy! I just did a post and there was all the edit stuff at the top of the new thread box, so they should be around on the reply boxes somewhere....

Willy! I found them! You have to click "new reply" option and not "quick reply. all sorts of weird stuff!

AHA!! Cat's outta the bag now! Hey hey.. I is a 'posting freak': how cool is that? Used to be just a plain ol' freak, but have moved up in the world. Ahhh.. wonder how the 'little people' live? ..Willy.

You can also use code in quick reply its just i or b in [brackets] to start then /i or /b in brackets to end

Code:
[i]italic[/i] [b]bold[/b]

And glad you made it :D

Just posting here to see if I can. Had a problem posting elsewhere yesterday.
edit 1 Hey Willie, just noticed, we're posting freaks. I like it!

ARRRRRgh! You're just that tiny bit freakier than I am.. gotta get my freak on and start posting, cuz I wanna be the BIGGEST freak of them all. SUPERFREAK !! ..but not: Ain't a chick, but ya get the idea. ..Willy.

I'm jealous. How can I apply for the Posting Freak badge of honor title?

Be careful what you wish for, Willy. This forum may allow the admins to do custom titles. I once belonged to a forum where the only rule for getting a custom title was that you never got 'quite' the one you asked for... :p

No offense to anyone but I can personally testify to the fact that Willy really is a bit freakish! *laugh*

Wow, ask and you shall receive. Now I'm a FREAK too! I vow to do honor to this esteemed group of freakazoids! I seemed to have gotten an extra star too! I'm feelin' much luv here, haha!

Um, what color nuggets Willy ? ? ? Just checkin' :s

hey Willy got a question for you now that you are around, I am powering up with solar soon and I read somewhere that you got a 68 watt flexi panel Unisol is that correct or something like that, I did some research and think that these babies would suit my Kurbmaster.. I was wondering if you still have it and how long you have had it. I am curious about it's longevity compared to the traditional frame and glass type. I like it because the ease of installation the stealth, and perhaps the durability. I like to climb up on my roof and sit up there can you walk on them? I was planning on three of them, side by side.

Yup, I've got a 64W (or izzit 68?.. can't remember), but it's not the peel 'n stick. Aluminum frame, but the same basic panel. It's a tough panel, but I wouldn't walk on it. The surface coating is some sorta polymer, real tough, but it WILL get cut up 'n scratched if you walk on it. The panel's about 10 yrs old and going strong. ..Willy.

Thanks, well that seems a pretty good life span now all I have to do is find a distributor in Canada. Maybe Amazon.ca

Nope, they don't got 'em; Amazon.com. I wanted to buy a coupla Unisolar peel 'n stick panels myself.. til I found out it's USA only. 'Course I could have it sent to Ship happens and then run across the border to pick it up, but that's too much hassle and the polycrystalline units from http://www.cyclonewindgenerators.com/ are sooo damned cheap. I got the 120W panel for $129 (taxes incl.) and am well satisfied. ..Willy.
