Advertising through 3rd parties is typically based off of the data-mining done on your computer by scanning the cookies, IP address, etc... So someone on your IP address has been looking at thing that make the algorithm think an escort would be an ad that is likely to be responded to...

This is why a VPN, strict cookie settings, and incognito mode on your browser are useful things.

Could be from the IP address of the person browsing before you (on a different phone... I think that phone IP address changes based on location, time, or any other number of circumstances).

Or if you are not getting targeted ads then you could have just hit a really low-percentage streak on what was queued to you...

My strangest promotion ever wasn't on this site, but recently on my gmail account.

"You've just finished Basic Training. What's the next step?" Advertising some product, maybe insurance. Hopefully it's not taking advantage of recruits.
