Drop ceiling panels

I have a whole bunch just sitting around. 2 big boxes. Can you use them in the van for insulation? Just thought I ask because its already here...why waste them, Thanks

Are they the plastic faced fiberglass? If so, I would only use them if I could seal the walls and ceiling with plastic sheeting and caulking/tape to keep the inevitable fibers from forever migrating into my living space..... <br>If they are the heavy treated fiber( paper) , there is nothing good about them for your purpose.<br>

The answer is "yes" they can be used as insulation, though not super effective.

yeah if i use plastic to cover them. Perhaps not on the floor LOL I can the crunching already.
