Saw them live a couple of years ago...was the DD for my parents who really wanted to see the show and paid for my ticket. Glad I got to see them though, even if it wasn't my generation.

Hi John,
For a jazz--zer like me, musically pretty rough.  But enjoyed an intense Rock n Roll decade mixed in there & like to revisit now/again.  Flashbacks!  Once, yrs ago, while backpacking with woman friend on Maui, was invited to big party nearby given by rich ganga farmer---who had hired Toots & the Matalls to play all night for Halloween party.  Plenty magic shrooms on offer, plus constantly replenished banquet size buffet with choice food.  Amazing.

Really, you succombed to Bittersweetness.  I figured if you had to turn it off, likely had more to do with crummy sax player, LOL.
