If your battery is reading only 12.2v at sundown, It is starting the the next dischrge cycle at 50% charged.
YOur battery is either under charged, or capacity compromised and likely both.
The battery needs to get upto 14.4v for a while each day. Usually a few hours at least, but the time depends on teh rate at which it reached 14.4v.
YOur fridge is performing not to your expectations, as it is not getting enough voltage, as the Ciggy plug is crap, the wiring to the ciggy receptacel is likely way too thin, AND you battery is about to jump over a cliff as that is preferable to the treatment you have been giving it.
It happens. Newbies always freak aout thinking something is wrong when their battery is compromised from hard use and chronic undercharging You need more solar or More charging sources, and if the charge controller can be adjusted, adjust absorption voltage up a smidge and make it last longer.
