I'll be in S&B for at least 3 months.

Should I disconnect my AGM battery from my panel and store it inside?

And charge it occasionally?

Should I cover the panel also?

Disconnect the panel from CC. If you want to protect the panel from birds, cover them. The batteries are lead acid chemistry and want to be fully charged at all times. Best to have them in doors with a small charger available, or maybe a trickle charger set for your brand battery parameters. If mine, I would charge the battery to 100% and keep them dry. They should be fine for three months.

Yeah, get a battery tender and hook it up. People with RVs, boats, and motorcycles use them when not in use to keep batteries charged.
Cheap enough to be better safe than sorry.

Good question. By chance I have a parking spot that receives just a few hours of sun. I don’t really know, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t leave everything hooked up.
