Seen that happen twice- once with a semi&nbsp; in S.Dakota high winds , also with a much smaller but poorly loaded travel trailer behind a pickup.<br>

Of course, trying to get up next to him or past him to warn him he would have also been running the risk of losing his own vehicle when that thing went. I probably would have dialed 911 to report the problem<br>

The issue of high winds and a light trailer. Perhaps they are inexperienced? While I'm fairly inexperienced driving mine I know better than to try to keep going if I'm fluttering back and forth in my lane from wind!<br>
