1979 Bluebird Wanderlodge I'm reworking. And it has a 3208 Cat diesel. and it needs everything but the mechanicals are good.
 
Same with mine Bee...But, the engine has such a beautiful hum and I got more than 20mpg on my trip on the Denali hwy last year carrying an overhead camper.

@ 4BTDonutRoller, What rig do you have that engine in? The only vehicle I have seen them in are step vans, which I was originally looking for. <br><br>@ adi, Sounds like you have a lot of miles to go on your engine. <img src="/images/boards/smilies/smile.gif" class="emoticon bbc_img"> <br><br>@ rokguy, Yeah, from everything I have read about the 4BT Cummins, it would make an excellent engine for a small truck, "or" van. <img src="/images/boards/smilies/wink.gif" class="emoticon bbc_img"> It's fuel economy is legendary. <br>-Bruce

Isuzu Elf with the non turbo 4BC2 light industrial donk, all 77 (when new...) kw's of it <img src="/images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif" class="emoticon bbc_img"> Smoky by nature and features a fine range of diesel type rattles. My mechanic assures me they are known for making huge milages slowly. It's bolted to 5 spd I really really wish had a hi/lo splitter but doesnt.
