So, I guess like blkjak, I'll start my log a little early. Hopefully 3-5 years early.<div><br></div><div>Captain's Log Stardate.. (No wait that's all wrong)</div><div><br></div><div>As some of you know from my Intro I have two options for hitting the road. &nbsp;As part of a team with my wife of 11 years or on my own (as in "Hit the road jack and don't ya' come back no more no more no more").</div><div><br></div><div>If we go out together it'll be part of a semi-retirement plan where we'll travel the open roads like free spirits. &nbsp;Ready to follow our dreams and take us where the Fates will. &nbsp;If I go alone it'll be in my car.<img border="0" align="absmiddle" src="https://vanlivingforum.com/images/boards/smilies/wink.gif"></div><div><br></div><div>If we go together, I see us moving around the country, following the nice weather and visiting the West. &nbsp;I can do handyman work and she can tutor since I figure we'll put down roots for a few months at a time.</div><div><br></div><div>If I'm out on my ear then I'm seeing a box truck conversion for stealth boondocking near work.</div><div><br></div><div>On the downside I mentioned renting an RV this morning and she said "An RV? &nbsp;I don't know, they're just so......"</div><div><br></div><div>Not a good sign</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
