Just took a ride out to see who was left at the site of the RTR. Everyone has scattered. Good luck everyone, see you down the road.

I left feb.1st and back in bama now, heading to the gulf in 2 wks.

I was the last to leave Scaddan Wash. The ranger gave me the boot on Monday, I left on Tuesday. Still in Quartzsite, though. For another week or so.

I hadn't seen a "suspicious" white van, in awhile. Saw one today at the Arco. hopefully, I'll get my disability and head down next winter. Is Desert Oasis used books still there? ..Willy.

Yes, Desert Oasis is still in business. I stopped there on my way out of town after the RTR. I was looking for a good novel set in Arizona. The owner helped me find it. (And nope - he was fully clothed).

What a great store!

Currently in Nv. Stumbled across some rtr folks in the desert here.
