Hi All

On my days off I like to lay around watching movies and stuff rather that go to a library

How could I do that if I am parked in a residential area?

Would it be a good idea on those days to check in to a campground or find some out of the way place?

In addition
How often should one move when living stealth?

Thanks

That's going to depend a lot on where you live. I'm assuming you mean watching on line, streaming movies.
Just as a FYI I live in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County. Time Warner and AT&T have hot spots all over the place. In fact last night while I was killing off a few minutes I hooked up to TW and watched a little netflix. The open Wifi has a 20Mbs speed Up and Down!

If you don't need the Wi-Fi, can you move your vehicle to a big box store or a park nearby? I do that and often stay all day, reading books or watching a movie with earphones on. If I have to pee or want to stretch my legs, I take a walk.

It would be nice to park in a peaceful woodsy area
I suppose if I scope out an area and am subtle I can probably pull it off

There are alot of back streets in my area that the cops don't come to unless called

I spend a lot of free time watching movies not just days off

I've always had seperate day-camps and night-camps. I'm only in a night-camp to sleep, nothing else.

What kind of places do you choose for day camps?

Thanks

Big box stores with lots of cars in the lot. Barnes and Nobles has always been a favorite.

Parks are always a good choice. They have bathrooms, picnic tables, nice walking paths and lots of people to watch. With a little luck you can get a lake with a beach.

In the summer you are looking for shade, it can be the side of a Big Box Store or trees but you want shade.

Just look around while you're driving, their are so many places you have unlimited choices.

Thanks i noticed
How common is it to find a high top with no windows ?

When I was traveling I always had a place I hung out and a place I slept just as Bob mentioned, that's a wise idea. The day spot I didn't care, I would go into a store and buy some food and even on occasion ask the manager if I bought it there could I cook it on my bumper while I was passing by. One time I even had my toaster over going about 25 feet away connected to an extension cord. I never really had issues other than once in a school parking lot on a Sunday and even then the officer was super cool.

At night, I would park someplace low key, move to the back and hunker in, no lights or noise anybody outside could see.

For example?

I won't be traveling but will probably camp in a few towns
I am not sure what spaces to look for for night time
I was wondering if gyms open twenty four hours would be a good choice
for day or overnight
