I'm looking to buy new seals for around the large rear side windows.  The seal that goes around the glass is cracked ans broken in some spots.  I just caulked it for now to seal the leaks.  But I want to order replacement seals, are there different sizes and styles?  I'm really having trouble determining what I need to buy...
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are you talking about the seal that seals the glass to the frame or the seal that seals the frame to the van's sheet metal?

I hope you didn't use silicone for the caulking.

So I take it as the glass to the frame. If that's the case it needs to go to a glass shop as far as I know. I have never even seen a description on how that is done. Maybe someone else that knows how this is done will chime in.

BTW when you quote move the cursor to the bottom and outside the quote box before typing your reply. It's very confusing if you type your reply inside the quote box. Thanks

On my 97 conversion van with ABLe conversion windows that leaked, I couldn't find any suppliers that carried anything for them and ended up caulking them.
Maybe if I'd gone to a glass place as HDR suggested thay may have been able to do something but not as cheap as the caulk.
Would be nice to open them, but meh, what evs. Also I'll cover over them once I get to building the inside.
The window assemblies themselves are pretty pricey, I'm sure having someone work on them ain't cheap.

If I had a torch and welder, I'd cut the sides out of a cargo van and graft them in place! lol

The seals on my windows aren't so much cracked but have shrunk.  I've used black RTV to caulk them as it's high-temp.

The window right by my bed was pretty bad and leaked. The windows slant in little so they will let rain in.

So I used a metal soffit vent and some FRP to make a cover for it. I need to the rear windows also:
