I've not yet begun my travels.. but when i do which i intend on being much sooner than later.. the question of making side money has occurred to me A LOT.. I'm on a fixed government income of 700 dollars a month (SSI max federal limit).. and 170 in food stamps.. now that isn't SO bad.. but i'd like to at least make 1000 a month while on the road (not including the food stamps).

so my idea is to sell food out of my truck. I would more than likely make things like home made lemonade, hamburgers, hotdogs, home made breakfast tacos and normal tacos. and maybe get those little value packs of bags of chips and sell those. and maybe even cases of soda and water. i even thought of making the outside of my vehicle a little eating area when i stop at places that have other dwellers / campers so that i could have maybe some of those card tables folded out and invite people over for some breakfast, lunch or dinner.... i don't think I'd charge much maybe 4 dollars for an entire meal. (WHICH WILL BE WAY BETTER TASTING THAN MCDONALDS, i figure even if i did this intermittently or just at big camp spots where people are it wouldn't be a bad idea. i dont intend it to be a monthly income or weekly or even daily.. but it would be cool to make a little bit if anything.. i could even do it for barter/trade situations (cooking that is)
