If we wanted to form an independent caravan for summer 2022, could we not post here?

Not in an thread about HOWA Caravans.

Nothing stopping anyone from starting a thread about creating an independent ad hoc caravan, just understand that it won't have any official blessing from HOWA or liability insurance coverage.

For an example, there's a current thread about a loose caravan to Baja in the winter.

I'd advise only giving general info here in the forum and using a more private channel to communicate specific details.
