Site will have electric soon, has a primary address, access to flush toilet, shower (cold), potable water, and trash containers.
In Osceola National Forest about 5.5 miles from a paved road. Access road is maintained dirt forestry road.
Walmart, post office, gas, etc all less than 15 miles from site.
Site rent is $400 / mo and can be split upon multiple vehicle dwellers. (split 3 ways is only about $4.50 per day)
Site is not bound by forestry service rules, no limit on length of stay as long as owner gets $400 / mo. in rent.
