I am in the act of building my Cargo trailer conversion now. just got done insulating all the wall studs, metal tubing, and the roof bows.Getting to the point of doing the spray foam for the walls and ceilings.

Welcome to the forum....

I considered spray foam for my cargo trailer, but i went with Polyiso board from Home Depot. I'm sure glad too, because I got a full 2" of board which the R-value was the best I could find with any insulation in a 2" wall. My trailer is packed tight with insulation and very comfortable now, with good A/C of course.
