budgeting my income

VT...I'm not a spreadsheet kinda guy, but I sorta keep a few notes. I'm a penny pincher anyway, but your data was useful when I was showing Margie the numbers. Not that she's "all that" with financial things, but I used in conjunction with your blog posts (and here)...she's more impressed with the ability to go more miles on our dollar in a van, as you do, rather than the RV.
$300 in fuel will allow me to show her a lot more of our country, and for me to see what I missed in the past.

Overall, I think it helped some of her remaining trepidation about our upcoming switch to the van.

Van-tramper thanks for making that available for everyone on a budget. People are frightened of sharing budget plans for some reason. Guess the boss masters got us all trained to not share financial particulars.

You are very welcome. I actually find it a great way to refine my finances, although I rarely stick to my exact budget.
