brown stuff in storage compartment....its not poop

Bought a new trailer and there is some brown stuff oozing from somewhere. Its not poop..I smelled it and the trailer is brand new and I haven't pooped yet anyway.

Its not int he battery compartment, so I don't think its battery acid.

Lay a piece of cardboard under the trailer where it is oozing from and identify a reference point so you can place it under the trailer exactly where it was and take it back to the dealer immediately. Depending on your state you should have some type of warranty, if not contact a local news station troubleshooter. It could be something simple but leaks can do real damage in a very short time.

Probably rusty water , water trapped below the floor rusting a part of the frame.
