That is, indeed, impressive. I like it! Before I acquired my van, I test-drove a Transit. The little engine strained to get up to highway speed. I wonder how much that system weighs? And a trailer hitch? Not too sure about that. Then again, sometimes when I'm filling my E-150's gas tank, I think about that Transit.

Thanks for posting that!

Awesome conversion system!!
Yeah, I agree about filling gas tank, mine is a 14-15mpg 5.9L V8 Dodge Cargo MaxiVan with a 35 gallon tank. I sure love my van, but the gas can get expensive. So, will have to drive less, boondock more.
I really like the system they've designed. I'm wondering how that would work in my van, but, I want to put my bed in the rear of van. So scratch that idea. Maybe will do a permanent system. So many ways to do it!!
I'm wondering about the "Power Pack" system. It seems good, if you don't need a fridge or AC or ??

Very interesting conversion! It has to be pretty sturdy because it's completely removable - in 30 minutes according to the website. The price includes prep of the van which is done in Florida only by a mobile crew but I think that some of the components can be ordered separately and shipped. Good luck to this little company - I like their ideas!
