Box Truck Cab-over

Looking at a box truck that has a nice cab-over...they call it a high hat. Since they claim you can stand up to go thru pass-thru, I assume that the cab roof is cut away some too. Wondering if this is a modification that has some aftermarket support...i.e. different designs, fits various makes, clear DIY path, etc...

The factory RV's are the only ones I've been inside. They are full over cab versions and are cut back into the roof roughly half way.
You need to duck to get into the drivers seat but they are open cab and are a walk through.



If I remember right the only fully open walk to the drivers seat vehicle I've been inside was a step van or a raised roof bus.

That is an awesome vehicle on the inside!!! Wow.

Why does it look to me on the outside, though, that the tires and truck are too small to well support all that room? Maybe the squareness of it? Really cool rig in my un-mechanical opinion.
