I have been trying to read everything I can get my hands on to better prepare myself for my upcoming adventure of building my home (probably a box truck). I stay up at night reading the threads on here till I almost go cross eyed from looking at my Kindle. Can anyone suggest any other books for me to read? I have read the following books:

The Tiniest Mansion by Tynan

My House Has Wheels by Chris Poindexter

How To Live In A Car, Van, or SUV by Robert Wells

Any other book suggestions would be great! I am mostly looking for stuff about actually doing the build right now. If you haven't read the above books I suggest them. The first two are mostly about living in an RV or 5th wheel. But, they have all taught me something. Maybe cause I have no clue what I am doing!!

Bus Converters Bible by Dave Galley

Select and Convert your Bus into a Motorhome on a Shoestring by Ben Rosander

RV Electrical Systems by Bill and Jan Moeller

Managing 12 Volts by Harold Barre

Books are the best way to getting information. Every person should read it for knowledge.

British Classic: Nobody's Boy - Hector Malot
Children: The Tale of Despereaux - Kate DiCamillo
Classic: Great Expectations - Charles Dickens
Comedy: Confessions Of A Shopaholic - Sophie Kinsella

Late to the party, but I suggest "Walden on Wheels" by Ken Ilgunas. He lived in a van for two years while getting a Masters at Duke University. This ebook (http://www.amazon.com/Walden-Wheels-Open-Road-Freedom/dp/054402883X) is well worth the $5.00. It's not really a technical "how-to-live-in-a-van" book. It's more of a why I lived in a van. He discusses how student loan debt and criminally low wages are creating a new class of slaves, why urban scrawl sucks, and the emotional challenges of living on the fringes of society.

When I was living in my van in Oregon, I would spend a lot of time in coastal town libraries that always had a good selection of boating related books. I found that many of them had very good info on 12-volt systems but also lots of good tips on maximizing the space available on smaller boats.

Plus, I'm a Pisces and really, really wanted to trade my Class B for a sailboat.

The sea below and the stars above....ahhhh.
