Yup, houses, vehicles, old equipment.  Really fun place to dive.  

I don't dive anymore either, too many deep wreck dives, blown eardrums too many times, now I snorkel.

Do you just avoid National Parks with your dogs and opt to stay at state parks and free sites? How do you plan your itinerary?

I don't avoid National Parks, but will the ones that don't allow dogs. Besides, I've been to most of them through the years. I prefer less crowded, less commercialized places and fishing and weather are my guides. I don't plan except for maybe short term like now, heading to Grand Isle La. From there, don't know.. Corpus Christi Tx??? Quartzsite Az??? Or work my way back to Daytona for the 500. I do know I'll be in Alaska most of next summer to visit with my son and family. Plan?? No plan

Hope everyone had a great Christmas.  The girls and I did, just chillaxin and going for a couple walks.  We're going to finish out the day with a pulled pork Christmas dinner.  Life is good.

I forgot to mention that it was your posts about Spring City TN that got my attention a few weeks ago. I work near there sometimes (I live 100 miles away) and thought I could go to one of the free sites there this weekend but plans fell apart. Maybe next weekend...

I thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend the Spring City Tn sites. Look forward to hearing about your visits there. BTW, there was enough pulled pork for 3 lol.

Left Slidell La. and moved to Grand Isle La. State Park for the next couple days.  Only $20 per night w/electric and water

Camped for the night at a truck stop/casino in Roanoke Louisiana.  Plenty of room for the girls  to play and I figure the free parking will cost me $10 at the slots. LOL

Camped for the night in Winnie, Tx.  It's a free site for up to 72 hours.  Just had to stop by the small courthouse and get a permit; took 5 minutes.  https://freecampsites.net/#!8160&query=sitedetails

AND....it's Wrinkles approved .  Wrinkles has been at the front door of a Bernowski household since the 1930's.

Cook up some canned chicken, egg whites, Montreal Spicy Steak Seasoning ... put it on a tortilla, add some sharp cheddar cheese and Franks Hotsauce....and you've got supper (and breakfast).  Life is good.
