Hi;
I just bought the best grill in the world for outbound use...or on your deck!! The company is here in the US, of course has some stuff made in China, they want to give you good value. They littered the south with these units after Katarina and put them all over the world in disaster zones.
I talked to several people at this company before I bought and they were awesome...engineering types taking a great idea that can be low tech enough to work in the disaster situation for survival but with the trick outs I can bake bread and make a pot of stew with only 12 charcoal briquettes...for both! And, it burns wood...and, it has a propane burner option. Tri-fuel!!
I am an absolute gear junkie (I often say gear whore but it hasn't actually come to that - yet! *smile*) but I don't have time in my world for crap and I can not afford to waste money. This is good value for my bucks...if it could make and serve the food not just cook it I'd be thinking marriage because its a love thing...
Even if you don't need/want a grill, this is a great gear read. Go to the FAQs...some of the answers are so straight forward its funny. In particular the one about how much weight it can hold...I know how they know the answer to the don't ask how we know question *laugh*!
I don't work for them or get paid but if you do buy mention me, they are good people and I couldn't get ALL the options...

This east-coaster is heading for bed. And leaving for Mexico tomorrow! Yippee! See you all in a week...quickie trip!
ETA - Oh, Amazon has this and it seems a, very slightly, better deal but the company has made improvements and Amazon couldn't tell me the age of the stock...also reasearch junkie! Bless the internet, at least now you don't have to bribe someone to get a company directory...
