Hi there, I'm a 60 and ready to move forward in my plan to escape a mind-numbing wage slave job and pocket-deflating mortgage/electric/etc. collection of bills for a house I'm never in. I have a LOT to learn, but from looking at the topics and wealth of knowledge here, hopefully I won't have too many questions.

Sumer moon321 & HFspence - Welcome to the form and I hope you find what you’re looking for. You’re right there’s lots of information here, lots of practical help and a good bit of encouragement. I hope the both of you stick around and become regulars that’s the best way to take advantage of the forum and become part of the community.

HF Spence - I think you need to go back and start your own thread on newcomers corner so the comments and Answers come directly to you. This will avoid confusion. I think one of the moderators may help you with that. I’m not a moderator and I may be wrong but I think that needs done. One of the moderators will read this soon and I’m sure they’ll respond, they always do.
