Banggood semi-flexable 30W panel $40

Julian Ilett did a youtube review -- did not get more than 10W, but was semi-cloudy October day in England.  I just checked banggood.com, currently on sale for $40 shipped to the US (from china). At 1.25 pounds, you might need to worry about it blowing away.
