Banana Bread in a Crock Pot

Was wondering about getting a 12v crockpot, but wasn't sure what it would do to my batteries.<br /><br />The recipe sounds good, I like pecans and dates in mine, and ya can't forget good chocolate chips.

WOW, can't wait to try this out in my crock pot, I've been using a similar recipe for years in the oven except using crisco and water, plan to try butter and milk next time I pull all those black bananas out of the freezer.&nbsp;
 
I can make a cake in an electric skillet.
Cover the bottom and go up the sides with alum foil coated with spray oil.
Set temp to 250 with top vent open bake about 40 minutes.
Let cool, cut cake in four pieces apply icing and assemble.
Makes a size with four layers that is about 6” square and 3.5 “ high.
