Has anybody ever tried to install a pin in there awning to keep it tight against the side of the RV?

I need to do something to fasten it better until I can get the fabric replaced.

Can you post a picture? I assume your fabric has ripped? What size and kind of awning? What kind of material is it made out of? Many use Velcro straps to hold things closed going down the road if that’s the problem.

I hadn't thought about Velcro Straps. I can't extend it where I am at right now, but I can add some straps to it later.

The support arms don't lock into the closed position?
My Tahoe Lite's awning arms each have a lock that has to be released before deploying the awning.

Mine is electric and the fabric is stretched so it does extract even. I played it some today and got it much better. I plan to install some velcro straps around the arms to hold it better.
