Life is an adventure in and of itself!!

But yes, I mostly have an adventure most days!

^^^ Agreed. Many a time standing by the side of the road on some epic motorcycle trip, thinking to myself "this will make a great story... some day".

Funny. Wind nearly knocked my tent over about an hour ago. Hail storm. It didn't last long though.

In the Army they used to say that's good training and it builds character - especially when you were cold, wet, sore and tired, and hadn't eaten or slept in a couple days. I told them I think I have enough character now, thank you.

They either weren't listening or didn't care. I think both, actually. I don't think they knew I was having an adventure, or I doubt they would have paid me.

I took my share of motorcycle trips too - back in the 70's when it was an adventure just to keep them from breaking down. You learn how to pack light, with a tent, 2 sleeping bags, a couple changes of clothes for 2, tools, stove, food, fuel, chain lube, toiletries, etc. all packed in a compression duffel bag and a couple saddlebags. Now that's what I call "Grand Adventure."

A lot of my adventures seem to start when I say "I've been thinking" Sometimes I get comments like "OH NO NOT AGAIN" or "CAREFUL YOU'LL HURT YOURSELF'  Most of the fun starts  when it's just Queenie and I, as she seems to be as fearless as I am at times and her favorite word is GO.  I hope we get to go on a loooooong trip/adventure next year!          Jewellann and Queenie aka Fat Possum aka Killer
