Anyone Boondock with CPAP Machine?

I'm planning my trip to the January RTR, and am running into one big snag.&nbsp; I'll be boondocking in my 2001 Toyota Highlander, and I don't have $1,000 to spend on a generator, but I need to be able to run a CPAP machine for about 8 hours/night.&nbsp; As their is no electricity in Quartzite, how can I generate enough power to run my machine?<br><br>Any help would be appreciated.

http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Need-battery-operated-CPAP-for-camping<br><br>six pages and many links. looking at my cpap it needs 24v at 3.75 amps so thats two car batteries that could run all night (8 hours x 4 amps is 32 amp-hours which most batteries can handle). then you need to recharge the batteries during the day.<br><br><br>
