Yes 4500+ is what I'm looking for,

need 12-14,000 towing capacity,

but want the 8.1L gasser, no interest in diesel.

Unfortunately 4x4 **very** hard to find.

if you want 4x4 ambulance or bus, look in the mountain states, rural departments/districts. between snow and gravel roads
