Hi all,

I've got a long page here on keeping warm in your vehicle. Do you have any tips, tricks, or other ideas that I'm missing? I want to be sure I've covered all the options for people.

Lots of quilts and a warm hubby. A drive south. A small electric heater and warm thick sweats. Wool socks and a knit hat

A heating pad, minimal current draw, will make your bed or sleeping bag nice and toasty. They throw off a surprising amount of heat even on low. Electric Throws are nice also sort of like a mini electric blanket. $20-30 on Amazon. Fits our bed perfect. I like to sit out on a cold night wrapped up, burn one, and stargaze. Thinking about getting a telescope, anyone with experience with tips on buying one?

Fleece clothing, socks and a sleeping bag liner keep me warm and cozy every winter trip.
